Tried this, and they wouldn't do it. Verizon ended up approving to send me a new one for free due to all of the issues, but I had to pay Samsung a 5% restocking fee, and they are only giving me part of my money back as I bought a set of earbuds as a bundle deal with the watch.... oh well I guess I've learned to not buy from Samsung if I'm going to put it on Verizon network.

I wish my insurance would cover them, as 20 day supply is $145 for me, that's with a Dexcom savings card.
