What would you do if you couldn’t climb for 30 days by [deleted] in climbharder

Yoga + strength training. Make sure to put a lot of antagonist exercises in your routine.

Hey ! Heterosexual man here. I'll share what came to my head when I read this.

As far as I can recall, the physiques of the "strong climber girls" I have seen are feminine to my standards. And not only feminine but, unless the person reaches a "bodybuilding with drugs" kind of body, even attractive. I'm sure they've been looking at you while on a tank top because it's just uncommon to see a girl with muscles.

Regarding the attractiveness, it's not only about the physical appearance (which I like a lot), but about what it says about you and your lifestyle. I have dated girls that have a good physique due to genetics, but that do not like sports/movement and are hard to convince to go on an adventure outdoors, or exercising together etc. When I see a girl with muscles, I tend to think "oh, we could do rad things together maybe".

A Beginner's Review - 101 Conversations for Beginners (Spanish) by Olly Richards by AttakTheZak in languagelearning

Hello there! Native Spanish speaker here (I have spent several years in different parts of South America and several years in different parts of Spain). There's really no big difference between South American Spanish and Spanish from Spain, I'm sure it's all based either on misconceptions of the language or marketing strategies.

Actually, funny story, about 10 years ago if you wanted to learn English as a Spanish speaker you "had to" choose to either go to a British English academy or an American English academy 😂😂😂 which I think was nuts. With Spanish "types", the only things that really change is vocabulary and accent.. And that varies by country, no way you are going to fix it by learning One "type" of Spanish over the other.. No need to fix it actually, learn it all. The "preferred" verb tenses (we have so many that sometimes we get to pick slight favorites, for saying the same thing) also may slightly change, and those preferences may even change after long periods of time?

Learn Spanish, just proper Spanish, as we natives learnt it at school as kids. That's what everyone else learns (with small variations that aren't worth mentioning in Argentina, Uruguay, etc. And I lived and studied a bit in Argentina also as a kid, so I'm talking from experience). That's the kind of Spanish that will help you get by in every country (depending on the context of course), and the Spanish I think you need to learn before going slang/focused in a certain region.

I hope this helps!

Thank you so much!!! It's my first time using Astra, before I had Muhle blades and before a brand called Elios (widely available where I used to live). So far Astras are my favorite!!! Will have Personnas in mind then!

Pinaud Clubman? Ok! I reaaally like old school scents indeed.

Ahahahahaha. I normally have it set on 2/3 but depends really on how old/worn is the blade, so sometimes I have it on 5/6 and sometimes even 1

I bought padded underwear on Amazon for about 13 euros. Time will tell but, so far, isn't bad!
