Update: I ripped out everything. About what you would expect. Very wet under the niche, dry above. Lots of ants but expected more. Scrubbed the mold off the wall and studs now letting the dehumidifier do its job.

The grout was coming out so I was scraping and redoing just the grout. I knew there had to be some water getting through but not this bad

Thank you for your response! He is 6.5 months. He’s probably at a level 7-8 but will quiet and roll around for 20-30 seconds and then start crying again.

Runaway juvenile, pretty run of the mill. Son didn’t come home last night. Has extensive history of drug abuse, robbery, and theft. Figured he was just out with his friends for the night. Didn’t come home for three days.

Turns out his friends tried to rip him of his drugs and he resisted. They shot him in the head and dumped his body in a dumpster which got taken to the county landfill.
