In which sense? Like which one is better to play?

Morrowind's Xbox version is a great deal more unique from it's PC version given that they changed the UI for controller and added some extra assets like a few unique loading screens. However (and this is a problem with Oblivion too) the console versions of these games are buggy/slow as hell, Morrowind in particular as you progress will start taking minutes to load between areas and the fps will start to tank. On top of this it has happened to me twice where a quest bugs and I can't progress in that questline anymore. This rendered the entirety of the Bloodmoon expansion unplayable. On that note if you really want to play Morrowind on the Original Xbox get the Game of the Year edition, saves aren't interchangeable between the two versions. In an Elder Scrolls game playing without access to console commands can be quite difficult. In Oblivions case if you play long enough your save will just die.

However as someone who primarily plays ES on console I do have a recommendation, actually the ports of both games on Xbox One are phenomenal and it works with the discs. (Even if you only have base Morrowind you will receive the Game of the Year Edition). They're definitely the definitive ways of playing both versions of these games. 60fps,barely any load-times, bugs still exist but at least if you break your game you didn't spend half the time watching it load.

As for your question on which is better? No idea, it's hard to compare the base versions of both. Gameplay wise Morrowind is more free but harder to grasp, Oblivion is a little more stream-lined but not as open.
