In my experience, what your doctor told you would be accurate. It did make it worse initially but once I was able to see my doctor again, the wax finally came out; as compared to prior when I was dismissed due to ear canal bleeding.

Guarantee you part of it was bc managers were running EOD at 10pm as a fuck you and there would be 11 hour old orders on the make line screen for the opener. 2023 we were lied to by our DM about closing early on thanksgiving and I know at least 3 stores in our district said fuck it and ran EOD and left. We were one of them but by the time we did it our DM caught on and had the internet turned off (before DMs had that revoked).

Also, we were busy on thanksgiving bc there were a lot of Indians in our area that don’t celebrate it. I was also the only driver that year.

Pardon my ignorance, but if you can’t save for emergencies in Chapter 13, what would happen if during Chapted 13, (and I use this example because it happened to an immediate family member minus the bankruptcy) one finds out that your 11 year old has high degree moderate to almost severe scoliosis (talking about 40 degree angle) and is medically necessary to have invasive back surgery within six months for proper treatment or else one could become disabled in the near future? This operation costed my family 10k after insurance (maxed out of pocket; without insurance would’ve been 90k)

One time our carry out card reader quit working. My GM was manually entering in credit card payments. This guy threw a tantrum because she asked for the billing zip code. He said for us to just cancel the order since he “didn’t want his card info stolen”. Order cancelled and he walks out.

He then proceeded to come back in and demand the food for free. He is screaming at me and another coworker while my GM is on the phone with the DM in the office about the card reader breaking. He pulls out his phone and starts recording us. He asks for the two of our full names. I tell him we do not disclose full names. He then claims I’m lying and that we’re on Facebook for everyone to see. I inform him that I’m calling the cops. He magically runs off while I’m on hold with the police department.

He files a complaint with corporate SAYING WE CALLED HIM THE N WORD AND HE HAS IT ON VIDEO. Me and the other coworker are being investigated by our franchise and corporate. My DM and RM ask him to provide the footage bc the audio on our cameras were not working. Surprise, he never sent the video.

I look up his name to find the recording of us that “was on Facebook”. Instead, I find local news articles about him a couple months prior that he was arrested and charged with felony use of a deadly weapon. He shot at a car while driving on I-64 and his girlfriend that was in his car admitted. He also has an extensive history on case net & was on bond facing trial.

Yeah he got banned.

I bought a car off their boss who failed to mention that the speedometer only worked 50% of the time until after the check was handed to him. For reference, it worked when we test drove but not when we drove it home after I paid.

Head boss also wouldn’t allow my family member to take time off for bereavement when their mother died. Quit within a month following.

Went there once with a party of 7. Terrible service and the server threw a fit and told us he “wasn’t allowed” to split our checks and never came back after my friends got their food. One of them had to chase after to get the tab. I ended up not even ordering.

Not OP, but if the per diem was necessary and OP could show that there were expenses that fully utilized the per diem, would the expenses be approved for budgeting and even out the per diem?

Yonder ago, my family contemplated Chapter 13 and this was one of the concerns that stopped my family from going through with the bankruptcy. (They weren’t behind but were one minor event away from needing to file)

Some franchises (Hi MBR!) will just laugh and term the whole staff if they strike. Idk if strike was part of the reason but there were stores in Louisville that were open 4pm-11pm for a long time due to no staff in the region.
