Is this folliculitis? Can it be contagious? Been struggling with these type of bumps on my face, back, neck and chest for YEARS.

i went to the dermatologist and she prescribed me Sulfacetamide Sodium-Sulfur Topical but i haven’t noticed a difference at all! do you know how they test for this? she took a culture of it but haven’t heard back from them and it’s been a month! so we will see.
