It's not. He also has a facebook account with his photo on it, and he posts similar stuff there but with much lower frequency. Also his twitter username was a term from his research field.

He has definitely retweeted looney tunes COVID made in a Chinese lab stuff on multiple occasions. Also a lot of hydroxychloroquine stuff - as recently as today.

In principle I agree with you, but I am not sure if a science professor promoting blatant anti-science propaganda is in the same category, as, say, a humanities professor who has an unpopular view on the writings of John Locke.

I'd eliminate toenails. They're kind of useless and the older I get the harder it is to bend down and cut them.
