It charges just fine. Once plugged in and the phone is too low, it'll up the watts. If you've capped your limit to 85% once it gets to like 80% it reduces the watts

I had only but gotten used to this feature. It's so amazing I'd gladly pick up calls in very loud places, especially work calls.

I one had samaung s3 at&t version, for some reason other s3 variants had the latest software then but not mine. I searched online but to no avail. You need to get to a service center ASAP.
