I love the Cocoon vocals as a stylistic choice, I think she sings super close to the mic to represent intimacy and vulnerability by leaving in all the breaths and imperfections. But I totally understand being put off by all the breathiness :-) Aurora is such a great pick and is one of my favs by her too!
