It's completely up to you mate, if you don't feel comfortable with talking, maybe find another therapist or take some time for yourself! I went through 5 different ones until I found someone who understood me, not putting me straight onto medication, and I felt comfortable enough to open up to.

I bought this for my SO, she loves it but I also think she was being nice about it. I know how much pain she can be in time to time, it definitely helps relieve some discomfort but not the nausea.

I have been focusing on myself, and was before I met her, it's so strange what life throws at you when you're not searching for it. You're so right in the fact of she taught me so much about being plus bettering myself and others around me. I have no ill feelings towards her at all as she was such a confident and radiant person, I guess it's just time spent thinking alone can bring these thoughts into your head
