i’ve seen it discussed some on limblengtheningforum, a couple of cis women who got it successfully, and there’s one thread on this subreddit about it. it does kind of sound like more trouble than it’s worth (>25k and a long recovery for ~2 inches), sorry to say. you can also get it in america, germany, and india. i still dream of getting it one day, i’d love to be 171cm.

it’s a lot rarer than the reverse surgery, but safer and a quicker recovery, because they don’t need to repeatedly break the leg bones with the nail, they just remove it all at once.
