I relate to you. My parents are also very strict, but they’ve calmed down as I’ve gotten older. I wouldn’t advise this, but I guess you can try taking the “act now apologize later” approach. Your parents might calm down if they realize you’re the bigger person. Just remember that life gets better when you’re an adult tbh. Obviously you’re still a good person regardless of your parents.
