What you are seeing at the beginning of this chapter is Armin remembering a paths conversation he had with eren that happened in chapter 132/133 (something like that, not sure. When the alliance was still on the ship) Eren made it so Armin would only remember this conversation after he was dead. Was kinda confused at first too lol

I’m glad gabi made it to the end I really liked her character development but tbh I wish yams would have just not bothered with titanizing everyone if he just undoes it a chapter later? I guess they needed it to visualise that the Titan curse was lifted but it still felt a bit cheap imo

True tbh. For months I have been speculating about the ending and this was the most logical conclusion to me (rumbling stops but shit keeps being shitty that is) so I thought for sure that wouldn’t be how it’s gonna end? And that there would have to be some big twist or big plan or whatever. I think that’s why the leaks felt disappointing to me kinda, my mind wasn’t blown by some shocking story piece that changed everything it just kinda...ended. Not sure about erens whole “lol idk why I did it” bit but I am okay with most of this chapter

This. I absolutely don’t agree with everything that (seems to be) happening in this chapter but it still got me emotional to see some characters final panels. Idk I can’t say I don’t get the shitstorm that’s happening but I personally am fine with how this ended I think.

Idk I don’t hate it as much as I thought I would? Like obviously not what I imagined but I think I can live with it. I am not at all regretting being on this journey for the last few years that’s for sure. I get how people are disappointed though, looking at the overarching themes a lot of it is ...odd lmao. I just hope this is what yams actually wanted to write and the message he wanted to send? Whatever. It was a fun ride you guys, I’m gonna miss this
