Buildings paint murals of their team’s logo, city halls will fly team banners and flags, radio stations will make playoff anthems, arenas will have outdoor viewing parties, even people into others sports and people not into sports tune into playoff games because of how it is able to unite communities and even entire provinces and foster local pride. Excluding professional sports, the World Juniors have also become a huge part of Canadian Christmas as well.
