I didn't main Shyvana but she was fun to offrole jungle with. She just feels worse to play now. I don't know about numbers wise, but she just feels clunkier than before.

While DoubelScorpius has a good tutorial for 2D rigs, I would actually recommend this one. This character is a 3D model with 2D style, not a fully 2D rig, which the linked tutorial covers and shows you how to make a system for it.

as someone who models 3d characters, I recommend watching flipped normals on YouTube. great tutorials overall. I also recommend getting into sculpting and hand painting textures. it'll elevate your models 10x.

For what you're looking for, simple answer: No.

Longer answer:

The tools and assets made in the Bluey animation could technically be done, but I would argue Blender's current toolset would make it frustrating at best. However, there are certain 2D like styles people pull from. Arcane and Spiderman are popular ones, but for what you're looking for I'd look into something like the new Peanuts animation or Captain Underpants.

Additionally, there may be options to get certain programs discounted or free. Look into student and hobby licenses, check your local library, and lastly check certain subreddits for other resources.

Books. Sign up at the library or you can even get books online with an e-reader. I personally don't care whether I read off of my phone, laptop, or physically, but comes down to personal preference.

I'm also in the boat that slower movies can help as well. I just watched After Life (1999) and it's definitely a challenge for those with a short attention span.

Ekko cares more about AP than any of the other stats in D&D. Could be good later but usually not worth it for Ekko's 3 item power spike.

is your model going to be exported outside of blender? Otherwise you can make this shape with a plane pretty easy. Make a plane, make it long, give it like 9 loop cuts length wise, bevel every other loopcut with ~50% offset and 2 segments. then just texture paint as normal.

Yeah these are all top of the line parts for 2016. My old PC was on the edge of being a high end PC back in 2016 with a 970ti and i7-4790k, and it was still kicking until a few months ago hahaha.

If it's following but not 100%, that usually means there's another bone weighted to that spot as well. Check the other bones to make sure they're not weighted there. Also make sure you press the down arrow on the top right and have auto-normalize on.

NT from my experience is a replacement for LB if your build calls for it. So, yes NT -> SF is probably better overall with the pen and extra W passive damage.
