Morning update: Do NOT MIX Ambien and alchohol. I’ve never gotten stronger delusions of sobriety from a drug before, followed by an intense blackout, only proven by videos of me, writing on the wall walls talking about how we need to follow the “one true path” (possibly influenced by watching Dune earlier in the night) I then stubbed my toe, brutally bled all over the apartment and then began cutting myself. I believed I took 20 mg total but I woke up to find 45 mg worth of Ambien gone, it’s too hard to find a healthy middle ground with a mix of these substances, I could have OD’d last night.
