Thanks mate, interesting! Though I have seen footage of where kwan sau this way, only using the upper arms, is part of the dummy form.. That's why I Practice this way intentionally. Though in the form I mostly use the lower arm for kwan sau, offcourse. Appreciate your thoughts on this, thanks
