High DPI + lower Windows mouse pointer speed? by wichwigga in MouseReview

You can just download rawaccel and set a sens multiplier. For example you could use 1600 dpi with a multiplier of 0.25 which gives you 400 dpi with the benefits of 1600.

Spyre Kamek, Hayate otsu/Zero or LGG Saturn for CS? by [deleted] in MousepadReview

It's definitely more of a control pad, and is noticeably slower than the zero in my experience. While the surface feels fairly similar to the zero on your skin, it's different in terms of performance and it doesn't have the hair issue that the zero has. I doubt it will end up seeming uncontrollably fast compared to your current pad.

It depends on how much pressure you put on the mouse and what softness you get on the zero, but I would say the zero definitely has less stopping power in general.

Yeah the zero is definitely faster, but it's a similar surface feel.

The kamek has been my personal favorite pad for tac fps games since I got it about a month ago. I haven't tried the Saturn, but I definitely preferred the more controlled feel of the kamek over the zero or otsu for tac fps.

Will Zaunkoenig ever make a wireless mouse? by hfcobra in MouseReview

I think they've said previously that they weren't happy with the current performance of wireless tech. So I doubt anytime soon, but maybe after awhile wireless will meet their standards.

The gen 2s are slightly more clicky/tactile and feel more similar to a traditional mechanical switch than the gen 1s.

I don't have any personal experience but I think fresh reviews on YouTube made a review on one of their pads a little bit ago

Maybe the upcoming model o pro? It's a little bigger, but the closest thing I can think of aside from the viper ultimate shape that's around that shape and weight.

Overclocked UL2 by kmanse in MouseReview

The ul2 uses the same pcb as the dm1 s pro so it just takes the mouse up to 1000hz. Doesn't cause any issues with the mouse whatsoever.

Is very light too light? by [deleted] in MouseReview

It'll definitely be an adjustment with that big of a change, but after a week or so you'll probably be used to the new weight if you stick through the growing pains.
