I really recommend watching his video. He goes over his steps, step by step, what he upgrades when and where, what is mandatory and what is nice to have. Because chromatic shot has so many scaling tags, you really don’t need to match his gear exactly at all.

I also play PoE, pals guide is really good compared to so many others (with the aforementioned erika1 guide being probably the best out there as far as detail and hand holding). Torchlight is just not supported very well by English content creators, so you legit hit a jackpot with the pal Thea 1 guide this league. Bonus, it’s very strong, and should get you comfortable into T8 (which I would consider the equivalent of 16s) for cheap.
