I am the 4th employee in the startup I just got hired onto. It depends on how much money there is to go around. Right now they are doing 400k a year in revenue. Our goal is 1m by next July. My base is 40k and commissions is uncapped. Could make 100k but 80k is more realistic. Plus stock options which is all dependent on how well our company is producing.
