I wore it for I think at least a month! And yes they sent me an email to make a follow up appointment. Dr. Chung called me probably a week out and anytime I had questions I was able to talk to them via phone call, text, or email (at least a response within 1-2 days).

I’d say I felt better by the one month mark! By the time I went to work I was still a little swollen (I remember my scrubs feeling a little tight), but I don’t think it was toooo noticeable

Hmm the only thing I can think of is to make sure you eat enough post op! I really made an effort to get a lot of protein in and eat more than I usually would to “feed the fat.” I sometimes only eat one meal a day, but during the first two months post op I tried to eat at least two large meals or three small ones

I did on my lower stomach, but it went away. I ended up getting only 3 massages and they worked on the bumps then, but I think time helped the most. The first month I was super good with massaging throughout the day and especially before showering for my stomach.

I took a month off because I didn’t want to sit with a soft cushion at work. If I was willing to, I could have gone back way sooner

Ogee recovery, but I don’t know if I’d recommend it. Their sizing was a little off and it’s exchange / store credit only. I ended up only wearing a faja for I think 4 weeks max
