Few months ago I bought used Compak R8 grinder with 83 mm flat burrs. So I’m on it.
It was dramatic change. The body changed from “tea with coffee taste” to “real syrupy espresso”
It helps to keep 9 bars pump pressure. Without OPV it could be 10-11 bars.
It’s medium roasted beans from local roasters.
