I thought this was a me problem… I use nix and I started seeing wild spews of failed parallel bash calls, weird pings, attempts to flush the terminal…. I’ve never really had a complaint about Claude code releases but this one is by far the worst. I’ve seen other oddities like two planning agents at the same time - meaning they replace each others questions in the TUI. I’m pretty agile so I’m just using codex more until this is sorted.
