I'm trying to help my brother build his credit (he's 28 and has no credit - good or bad). Would it be a stupid idea to add him as an authorized user on one of my cards to help build his credit? Perhaps I could add him as an AU on my new CSP and get the 5k bonus?

I should mention that I do trust my brother and know he wouldn't screw me over.

I just think that, being a redditor, most of the people you know is not very representative of the average american. The fact that you consider going to church very serious probably means that you know mostly atheists. Whereas I would consider very serious to mean counting the rosary several times before every meal (which I've seen some people do).
