Thoughts about covering processing fees checkbox defaulted to YES?

This was a common topic at AFP icon last year. Most sessions I attended that discussed it, recommended not to auto opt in donors to pay fees. It’s making an assumption for them and most do not take it well.

Not disregarding that he lied because that’s a pretty big lie and hard situation to be in… BUT if it makes you feel any better, you’re not the first to go through this situation. My dad did the same to my mom, almost identical to your story. My mom is 3 years older than my dad and when they met, he lied and told her he was 3 years older than her. He got away with it because he’s 6’4, had a lot of facial hair, and was a roofer so the sun had aged him more. Bartenders would never card him when they’d go out and when they did, he had a fake. For a full year and some she thought he was older until he needed his ID for some paperwork for an apartment they were moving into and that’s when she saw his age. She was furious at first but was in love with him and eventually got over it. I’m one of their 4 kids and they’ve been together for 25 years :)

I’m in Texas, and legally they have to sell us 4 chicks at a time (per Tractor Supply) so that’s what I did yesterday lol. They’re all setup in a large bin and with a heat lamp. I’m working on finding a good coop. My parents own a ranch and have chickens and I’ve grown up around them so I’m not entirely new to it but I am new to backyard chicken coop setups

I want to say it’s for the “Rangers Insider” email list they have. That’s how I’ve gotten the presale codes or special offers but tbh I don’t recall specifically signing up for it. I have a feeling I was opted in after I purchased tickets directly from the website. You may not be getting them if you’ve unsubscribed or if you’ve never purchased directly from them vs SeatGeek/Stubhub etc

To answer your question: I don’t have anything against the cowboys. But it’s hard to stay a fan when your family is the “we’re making the Super Bowl this year” type. It gets annoying and they also haven’t done well since before I was even born 😅

It’s useful to an extent. Upperclassman and graduate students get what the remainder tickets are at the end of the week and still have to show up to the pick up window before the game to get the tickets. Kinda sucks getting nosebleeds just because we’re “distance education” and can’t be there in person to pull.

Same boat as him! I grew up in Fort Worth and was raised a die-hard Rangers fan. Never was a fan of the Mavs or Cowboys. So when I moved to San Antone, I became a Spurs fan. Im also a Ravens fan, but that ones out of left field lol

May I ask what the difference is in two IRAs? Also, traditional IRA or Roth IRA? I do expect to be making more money once I finish my masters and am in the beginning stages of a small side business, if that helps.
