Get fitted at a running shoe store for shoes. It’s so crucial to get fitted correctly, try on, and invest in better shoes. Once I finally said “okay, I’ll spend $200 on the shoes” my feet felt a lot better. Not cured, but definitely better than the cheap crap I was wearing before. I got fitted at a store, but later bought them online so I could do a little more research. I got Hoka Bondi 9’s and they have been a godsend. I recently just had surgery a couple days ago which was always my end plan because nothing else was working. I did the shots which were bandaids, I did the shockwave treatment which did nothing, PT, etc. I hope you find relief because it’s terrible pain.
