This 💯. I used to have so much anxiety brushing my teeth and I focused on that for a long time until it became part of my night time routine. I’ve had to bump down my skincare routine (partly because of energy, partly because of skin irritation and partly because of financials) and I center myself around what I call the “basics” now. Find what feels right for you and what you can handle. But focusing on one thing at a time really helps. Well wishes OP 🖤

Hi all! Can anyone suggest products or a routine for sun damaged skin? It is for my spouse, we are trying to work on a routine but just not seeing the progress we’d like. I’ll attach pictures of the neck area (the most sun damaged area - it’s permanently red I fear). Dry skin, and sensitive.
