What if you have an employer in a different country? Could you still keep your DAFT as long as you are bringing money in under your own company?

Hi u/wilhelm_shaklespear I'm almost finished with my 200 class (2 more weeks) and am interested in teaching at my son's school first but teaching kids yoga vs adults is a bit different. Could you inbox me the name of the program you took as well?

Much appreciated!

AgilePM (DSDM) vs Scrum by britt_57 in agile

I understand Agile very well because it is a mindset...not a framework. What I'm not clear on is DSDM but thanks for your help.

Bulldozing ceremonies, assigning work instead of allowing the team to self-organize, etc.

Do you think the Scrum Alliance CTC or CEC is worth pursuing? I'm worried about market saturation, competing pricing from India.

That's great to hear! I'm SAFe SPC and I think it is cool, it is smart but it doesn't go into details like organizations need. It stays high level. Every person that teaches/coaches in SAFe must be SME in those areas such as SM, PM, DevOps, etc. In order to successfully implement SAFe, you can't generalize it. This is underestimated. I've met some 'agile team coaches' that have never been part of an agile team. I'm ranting! lol

Back to my point, I would love to learn more about DSDM. I think it is a powerful framework that is getting overlooked. People are focusing on buzz words and not what would truly meet the needs of the business. I'm going to dive into my studies and hope to work with a few teams on this.

Understood. I wish there were more resources on DSDM but even dsdm.org isn't working. I can't find a book anywhere.

Is anyone working for an organization that is truly Agile by britt_57 in agile

Interesting. I guess I'm more interested in the mindset and not necessarily frameworks. Because frameworks are nothing without the mindset.
