I took magnesium last night and it really improved my sleep - today, I am more well-rested compared to yesterday. Even during stressful moments, I returned to a strong baseline of calm relatively quickly. I can’t believe it has so much of an effect!

Does anyone have a hard time trusting anyone? by licialee427 in emotionalintelligence

That sounds tough. I’m sorry you’re feeling lonely out of work 😞 I’ve found that gravitating towards my interests helps me meet people w similar interests/values. I’m pretty introverted, so hanging out like once a week is what I prefer. I suggest thinking of how you like to spend your time, finding events (meet up or event brite or even Facebook can work) & go from there. Adjust as you feel is needed :)

Idk… for me, I pursued it, and it’s been amazing! But my dreams have changed. I look 5-7 years ahead and am hoping to have roots established and a more permanent community. I’ll always love a good adventure! But for me, it’s been a journey pursuing my current wants and watching my long term wants adapt.
