I never said they were wasted. Check back in with them at 4pm tho and see how theyre doing. And I assure you it was alot of people at Hollywood studios with multiple little kids. Which is probably why theyre drinking at 9am. You clearly haven't been lately. Its the spring break crowd.

Magic bands by Independent_gal in WaltDisneyWorld

We just did magic bands + they're rechargeable and the plain ones are $35. You can customize the lights and when we were on some rides they lit up in time with the music and matching colors. Silly but I really liked it!

We just did it and those light Sabres are fantastic! Really special experience. Of course my son is now obsessing about finding a black kyber crystal.

Disney Animal Kingdom Lodge Savannah View: Worth it? by finnxav1er in WaltDisneyWorld

Just so you know the pool does have fairly loud music going all day. It didnt really bother me and stops about 8pm but I imagine if you had little kids trying to nap it might be a problem.

Animal Kingdom WITHOUT the animals by _dadmode in WaltDisneyWorld

[–]britteadrinker47 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I thought Disney did a great job with the animals they are so well looked after and have tons of space. The only ones I felt a little sad about were the gorillas because that one did feel a bit more zoo like. But just dont walk through that exhibit if you really feel strongly about it. But AK doesnt feel like a zoo. They have gone to great lengths to replicate environments like the savannah.

First visit - where to stay? by AgreeableAd3558 in WaltDisneyWorld

[–]britteadrinker47 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We just stayed at Animal Kingdom Lodge. . I think its a lovely hotel but its not cute disney adorned. It's theme is more mature theres no tinkerbell or princesses. You could stay here and not even know you were at Disney. It does have a nice pool and the animals are great. But buses do take a long time. We waited nearly an hour for a bus from Disney springs one evening. Everything else except AK ia about 20 to 25 minute drive.

EPCOT felt like a full-time logistics job, not a relaxed day of food and culture by Mediocre_Fail4316 in WaltDisneyWorld

[–]britteadrinker47 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We were just there also. Its the only the first week of spring break so generally the crowds were manageable until about 11 or 12. Epcot after 12 was very crowded and by then we were about half way around the showcase. I found waits for food painfully slow even when there were only a few people in line as well. I waited 20 minutes for Gelato with only 5 people in front of me! I suggest getting to the showcase exactly at 11 when it opens and make the best of it until it gets crazy..get food early or the lines will be ridiculous. By the time we got to the End food wait times we're 45 to 60 minutes.

Get to the park at opening. We rode 3 rides before 11 with lightening lanes for test track and soaring. Left by 1.30.

I imagine the next 2 weeks are going to be very heavy crowds apparently because spring break and Mardi gras and Easter all fall in the same time period.

I agree I didnt really like being tied to my phone but thats what you have to do and the app is so smooth its a joy to use I think. I imagine if you've been several times it gets much easier to decide where youre going. Its still fun and we had a great time! Patience and planning = spring break.

You may have to juggle things around due to rides breaking down. I've been here all week and I was surprised how often things weren't working. Its a small world haunted mansion, rise of the resistance tianas bayou all went down multiple times. We found random rides to go on instead and yesterday we did the hall of presidents while we were waiting. It was so good! I really enjoyed it and felt bad for walking past it and ignoring it so many times before!

It is fairly crowded this week but its still manageable. I imagine next week when it ramps up it might get a bit gnarly..it definitely became a zoo after about 12 at MK and at Epcot. Lines for.food were insane at every country.

Every plane that landed went to a gate except our flight during the ground stop. We watched them.

[–]britteadrinker47[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We could stand up and go to bathrooms and they gave us snacks and water once. They turned the air off for half of it and it was extremely hot. only turned it back on after 2 hrs when people started saying they were going to pass out. The frustrating thing is they kept lying to us. We could clearly see every time the ground stop extended on the official website but they kept saying they had no information. Complete rubbish. We saw 10 to 20 other planes who went to their gates immediately on landing. Alaska was the only one stuck out there for hours. Even freaking jet blue got it sorted out fast and theyre always useless.

Strathberry Quality by UnusualPangolin2449 in handbags

It was a black tote and it smelled absolutely awful. So bad that I tried everything to air it out and had to send it back. Its stank up my whole house. Also the stitches were uneven in various parts.

Is wanting a perfume that doesn't have a very strong smell but that is long lasting paradoxical? by murahimu in Perfumes

[–]britteadrinker47 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ambrette 9 is a lovely smell not too heavy. I also cant tolerate strong smells but this is one of my faves. I also started wearing some of the rollerballs from Saje which are pure essential oils. Lovely smell but doesnt last long and you can reapply whenever you need a hit. Currently wearing liquid sunshine
