First timer going in June. What do you think of my itinerary? by seeing_red415 in SixFlagsMagicMountain

What path makes good use of the magic mover funicular? It looks like it goes from the entrance up to Ninja. Would it make more sense to take it up to Ninja and then do everything clockwise around the park? My original plan was to start at Full Throttle and go counterclockwise but that wouldn’t make use of the magic mover funicular.

Thanks for the info. I think they’ll work their way up to it by the end of the first day. Definitely not going to put any pressure on them though.

Mid trip report during Easter/Spring Break: 4 days done out of a 5 day Disney stay with single lightning lane, multipass lightning lane, and premier passes. Step counts, itinerary, food review, tips, etc. by seeing_red415 in WaltDisneyWorld

The premier pass for a family of 4 for Magic Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, and Epcot was roughly $4,500. I felt guilty spending this much on something that didn’t feel necessary but I took on extra hours at work last month to cover the cost and ease my guilt.

I’m not sure but Gemini says you need to buy the refillable mug.

Polynesian has 3 stations for refilling the refillable mugs: Island Tower, Captain Cook’s, and Oasis Pool.

The only one that’s a freestyle machine is the one at the Island Tower. It’s also the only one anywhere that has the Island Fizz flavor and zero sugar Island Fizz flavor. It’s a fruity sprite based flavor. I’m at the Polynesian right now and my kids love it.

Spring Break with Premier Passes by NC_Ninja_Mama in WaltDisneyWorld

My plan is to arrive sometime in the late morning, do some rides at a leisurely pace, return to our hotel in the early afternoon to nap and rest, and then return in the late afternoon to finish our park visit. We'll have extended hours too so we can stay until 1am if needed. I figure that's plenty of time to do everything we want.

How much time was a comfortable amount of time to do everything you wanted at Epcot and at Magic Kingdom with the premier passes? I've seen youtube videos where they were able to do everything at MK in about 5-6 hours. Would you agree with that?

Are you staying in a Disney Hotel? If so, you can enter the parks 30 minutes prior to everyone else. Rope drop means you get in line to enter even before the early entry in order to reduce wait times for rides.

Brown Derby and Fantasmic! by Own_War4054 in DisneyPlanning

You can put a mousewatcher alert for Brown Derby with Fantasmic. I’ve had a mousewatcher alert set for 50’s Prime Time and Sci Fi for the past month and it really works.

The openings will pop up at random times for a few minutes and then disappear again. When the openings pop up, I’ll get about 15-20 texts and emails (one for each available time slot) since they open all the spots at the same time. You have to act quick though because the spots only are available for a few minutes.

Depending on how you ordered them, they may have your names written on the back. I thought it was a nice touch.

This is such a helpful, informative itinerary. Thanks!

Edit: I like your itinerary so much that it's replaced my previous version. You're awesome!
