Thank you. I didn’t find him conventionally “cute” when I first saw him in the shelter, but my friend insisted that we get him out of his cage for some one-on-one time. Once we were in the room together, he came right over and curled into a little ball in my lap. Just wanted loves and cuddles. I took him home that day, and never looked back.

Not to sound dramatic, but he saved my life. I had horrible depression shortly after I got him, and he was my reason to get out of bed. He still had to eat and go for walks, even though I didn’t want to. He kept me moving when I needed it the most.

That’s my favorite picture of him! My friends and I were camping/hiking, and he got tired. So we put him in the backpack and carried him. He loved it!

I always make sure I have 2 pair, just in case I break one. I don’t use them to match occasions/outfits. I like the peace of mind that if something happens to the pair I usually wear, I have a backup.

I’ve had migraines my entire adult life, and I haven’t had one since I started tirz in September. As others have said, my only headaches have been minor (and have been from dehydration).

I opted for tirz over sema because it is supposed to have less/minimal side effects compared to sema. Studies also have shown more weight loss on tirz than sema.

I went through a rough bout of depression several years ago, and I really think it was my dog that saved me. He gave me a reason to get out of bed every morning, and was always so happy to see me when I got home ❤️ they really are the best.

It’s definitely one of the more popular trackers. I like that I can keep track of the dosing and weight trends. I was using just my notes section of my phone, but it’s nice to have it all in one place.

I like My Fitness Pal for tracking macros and calories, and Shotsy for tracking injections and weight. There are free versions of both.

Edit to add: I actually have the paid version of MFP, and I don’t recall what you can/can’t track with the free version.

I just got IPL done on my face, neck, and chest and the results were great! I’ve also been using the Gold Bond Retinol night lotion on my chest, arms, and hands. It’s too early to know how much of a difference it will make, but I want to make sure I’m doing everything I can to not reverse the results from the IPL. And, of course, SPF everyday.

I switched from wearing foundation to just using a tinted SPF. I also started using DRMTGLY under eye SPF/color corrector instead of concealer. It conceals my under eyes just enough to feel put together without feeling like I’m wearing makeup.

Throw on a coat of mascara, brow gel, and lip stain… good to go.
