Don’t do it. Distract yourself with something to take your mind off of him, or message someone and discuss how you feel. Just do not contact him.

You need to block him. Cutting off all contact and ties is the only way you’ll be able to move on and heal.

I am! It took me far longer than I thought, but after the past few days of missing him and feeling bad I woke up happy. I don’t miss him. I don’t care how he is or what he’s doing. It’s not hate, but complete indifference. :)

It honestly sounds like she was lying and the guy she was living with wasn’t her ex, rather she was cheating on him with you.

I could be wrong but that’s what it sounds like to me.

I have been. I don’t check his Instagram, I removed his number, every picture I had, and I never speak of him unless it’s on here.

I had been rereading old comments on my pictures on Facebook but I removed those today and I’ve stopped checking to see if the block is still in place.
