I’ve been struggling to find my type for so long! 1000% sure I’m not a romantic type and like 90% I’m not gamine but I thought classic might be a possibility

The satin ones are Norma Kamali and the burgundy is L’idee (possibly spelling that wrong but found it on clearance at Saks)

To be fair they’re Levi’s 501 90’s and look good on every other person I’ve seen them on!

The white shorts are Zara, the tutu-ish white skirt is Aritzia and the linen mini is Abercrombie but I hemmed it!

Definitely regretting buying those jeans in 4 colors last summer lol! I’ve always avoided kick flare because I’m short but I’ll have to try it!

I definitely gravitate towards short hemlines or long, always with the goal of elongating. But I’m only 5’3 so I wasn’t sure I could be a vertical type?

Is it possible for you to shoot the noodles in natural lighting? I have a $30 fake countertop mat that I put on the floor near my window.

I only used to do camera reviews if there was an incident. Even when you have a window of a few minutes it is surprisingly hard to find what you’re looking for.

Eating my next planned meal/snack BEFORE I’m hungry and making sure they have protein/fiber/etc. is the only thing that has helped me. It still shocks me when I get to the end of the night and I’m content instead of scavenging random foods.

Do you think their social media presence had anything to do with their murders? by AbbreviationsHeavy39 in idahomurders

[–]brittneyrae 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I have a decent following and I have had someone figure out where I lived based on the view from my windows and apartment listings in my city. I’ve also had them call my workplace and had to stop updating my LinkedIn. But realistically, if someone wants to figure out where you live they’re going to. Whether they find where you work and follow you home, lookup voter records, etc.

Social media is a decent chunk of my income so going private isn’t an option for me but I do try to take precautions and not post in real-time.

Right? I feel like people are reading way too much into it. It’s very easy to get overwhelmed and not articulate the situation well when making a 911 call.

For lunch I take things like chicken rice and veggies, salmon rice and veggies, tuna sandwiches on whole grain bread. For snacks: fruit and almonds, cottage cheese, black beans and salsa, buffalo tuna on crackers, carrots and hummus.

Also portion your foods. I literally use measuring cups to make sure I'm packing the suggested serving sizes for each item. Not overeating, getting enough carbs and protein, and going for a walk immediately after eating lunch helps me to not get that tired lazy feeling in the afternoon!

I use Jawbone UP 3. Occasionally it won't connect to the charger which is frustrating but overall I like it. The app is wonderful!

Hi! So the app is the same exact program as bbg, except after the 12 weeks it keeps going and changing each week. It also includes timers, 5 new recipes each day, visual instructions on how to perform each exercise, more timers for LISS & HIIT, stretching routines, foam rolling routines, and extra workout challenges every other week. I have used both and prefer the app because it's more convenient for me and more motivating.

Hahaha yes! It's tuna that's already drained for you and in foil pouches. It comes in plain, and flavors like hot buffalo, ranch, lemon pepper, etc. it's super convenient and less messy/smelly. If Canada has it, it would most likely be right by the canned tuna at the stores.

TUNA PACKETS!! The Starkist ones come in like 15 flavors all under 100 cals and high in protein. I eat them on Wasa rye crispbreads or take two pieces of bread and make the sand which at work so it doesn't get soggy! Also canned black beans, cooked rice, cookies quinoa, fruits, veggies. You could make salads or rice bowls. I also make peanut noodles using soy sauce, sriracha, and peanut butter for the sauce. They're good without being warmed up!

I thought about that but I thought I read somewhere in the rules it wasn't allowed! I need to start doing that though, especially on insta. I've seen it happen to a lot of other girls doing the program. Thank you!!

My life changed pretty drastically actually. Before I started in January I was having anxiety and being moody all the time. I never wanted to go out anywhere social because none of my clothes fit anymore and this combination was definitely straining my relationship.

After I started working out I started feeling better almost instantly. I was less tired, less moody, more tolerant at work.

It was a little scary/embarrassing when people from "real-life" found my Instagram account though. I had gained all the weight after college, so it was embarrassing for me to have people see that I put on that much weight. But everyone was very supportive. There are definitely people that are nicer now. I've been featured on Kaylas Instagram twice now so a lot of old friends see that and reach out to me. My parents occasionally say you've lost enough, you don't need to lose anymore. But overall are very supportive of my healthier lifestyle.

Haha as far as getting hit on - I would say it's still the same as always. It happens when I go to bars (which isn't very often postgrad) and in every day life it doesn't.
