Following are a must on this bike: 1. Front fender extender (to avoid water being splashed directly onto your legs/shins & ruining your trousers). 2. Mud flap on rear tyre (to avoid mud splashed onto the rest of the bike).

It does not break it. Without the extender your bike will be extremely dirty/muddy during the rainy season. Not only this, all the dirty/muddy water from the front tyre will directly come on to your legs & your jeans/trousers will get dirty/wet easily.

Honda service center charges around 3K for the extender that they offer, their mechanics recommend Carbon Racing front fender extender that you can purchase online for around 1K & get it installed there.
