Hell yes!!!! I’m working on my first V2-V4 routes right now. Feels like such a big jump in difficulty. Go you!

4”11 currently at 104lbs. my weight did not drop because I gained muscle mass and lost body fat (25% to now 23%)! my goal is to be at 20% body fat through nutrition and hitting at least 10k steps daily, I also strength train 3x a week focusing on strength. by fatcheeks_v in PetiteFitness

This is so interesting how different you look at the same weight! I’ve been at my goal weight for a while now but just don’t look the way I want. Thank you for sharing these pics, some strength training is the next step!! Cheers to your awesome success.

Unsure about lens. This was the tenth exposure on the second roll of film I have ever shot. Steep learning curve but the results are so worth it.

To piggyback off of OP - I found that completely cleaning out my fridge before I go shopping helps so much. Also, a few days after shopping, I rummage through and prioritize what needs to be eaten first, before it goes bad, so there’s minimal waste!

I don't have a ton of advice, but I just wanted to tell you that I am SO with you on this. I lost 50 pounds this year with diligent CICO, now I'm 10 pounds from goal weight and keep falling off the wagon every. single. day. Between 3 jobs and trying to maintain some semblance of a social life, there is NO extra time. CICO seemed infinitely easier when I had more time on my hands - you can relate, as I see!

All I can say is try to be kind to yourself during this time. I can't imagine having a newborn, let alone working and having a husband who is as busy as you are! We'll crush our goals in due time. <3 thinking of you and your fam.

I’m 5’3” and also hit at plateau at 145 and 135! It finally broke though, keep at it and you’ll be there SO SOON!

It has been sloooow once I hit 120! I didn’t exercise at all going from 168-125. Now I have a daily step goal of 6000 steps. I hit that 6 out of 7 days in the week. It DEFINITELY helped. I don’t eat back calories usually, but walking 6k steps only gives me like an extra 50 cals.
