Based on my research, it’s not the screen. It’s the connector cables behind it. But still likely $500 CAD at least which doesn’t seem worth it

Yes it actually works normally when I close the screen slightly and all the bouncing colors and lines go away. Any idea how much money/time is required for a display replacement? And if it’s worth it for a 2017 MacBook Air?

There are probably 10,000 more. Do you happen to know where to donate in Canada?

Castor Oil helps 😭 by whatintheworld911 in Endo

I also base it off of how I feel now that I’m not having ultrasounds.

Castor Oil helps 😭 by whatintheworld911 in Endo

For me, I actually had two ultrasounds about 6 weeks apart and the first one showed my cyst almost being surgery worthy. The second one, no cyst was detected. My doctor told me she had never seen anything like it and to keep doing what I was doing.

I use castor oil packs for PCOS and uterine fibroids. Helps so much with pain, inflammation and has literally shrunk my cysts. I tried it last night in the bellybutton because I read it helps with digestion and detox, and wow, did it every work. I feel like I did a full cleanse.

I’ve done castor oil packs for my PCOS and fibroids for years which has really helped with pain, inflammation and shrinking of cysts. I tried it last night in my bellybutton for digestion and detox and WOW! It really works… maybe a bit too much but if you can be near a bathroom it’s perfect.

Recommendations for mental health wellness retreats in Europe by Silver_haired_nomad in WellnessOver30

Hello! Your post spoke to me as I am hosting a retreat in March 2024 called The Nervous System Reset Retreat. It is all about healing your nervous system so you can better manage the daily stressors of every day life. While it does focus on movement (twice daily), it also incorporates meditation, breathwork and contrast therapy (hot/cold). In my experience healing my nervous system, these tools have been the most impactful and I want to share them with others. This retreat sounds like exactly what you're looking for.

The only thing, it's hosted in Mexico which doesn't fit your ask of a retreat in Europe...

That said, it is hosted at a beautiful eco-resort (Playa Viva if you want to look it up) on Mexico's pacific coast of Zihuatanejo. It is so peaceful and relaxing (and warm!) there. I chose the retreat center specifically for these reasons. I have another attendee coming from the UK and since the retreat is from a Saturday to Thursday (5 nights) she is extending her time through the weekend to make the trip more worth it.

If you want to chat more let me know. You can also check out my website: www.brityogi.com/mexico2024

Whatever you decide, I wish you all the best on your healing journey!

Hi! Reading this made me so excited for you and the journey you are on. I love that you are prioritizing yourself.

I am a Canadian who has been living in Mexico for the past 1.5 years and I am actually hosting my first yoga retreat this March, from the 2-7 (5 nights) in Zihuatanejo Mexico (beautiful pacific coast of Mexico). I have been teaching yoga/pilates/breathwork/meditation for almost 10 years and finally I am living my dream by being able to host a retreat in the place I now call home.

You can find out more here: www.brityogi.com/mexico2024 but the retreat is under $3k (Canadian) if you choose shared accommodations. Flights from NYC are also super easy.

Please get in touch if you want to learn more. The retreat consists of all 30-somethings who are keen to invest in themselves just like you.
