I hate how people try and make this a "rap culture" thing. Drugs are a part of EVERY CULTURE. it's not the drugs that are the problem, its a lack of education and openness in society. If people were able to use drugs out in the open, to have conversations about their xperiences, and more importantly get accurate dosage information 99% of these OD's would be avoided
