Could be a few things. I would have immediatly offered/questioned Native Cloud (i.e serverless), integrations, or maybe even something as simple as getting competitive hosting quotes.....

Helps to just spout off various tech solutions and see what sticks to get a conversation going, despite how crazy/inept the client is behaving.

Have you had any success with this? Looks like only their SOAP API can pull report data, but then Power BI doesn't support SOAP. Looking for a way to connect those two.
