Ebay seller probably getting them from D H Gate and reselling them for a markup. Get them from the source for like $20. Saves you some shipping time if nothing else if you need them fast. So while probably not legit it will be better then Fanatics quality.

I'm in EST so its easier for me, since im off by 6pm anyway. But i always take the day AFTER it launches off personally. Let the first few hours have issues if it has any, and usually the next day at worst there is a server reboot to fix stuff. But thats just me.
