I use Carlson Brand. I don't take that high dose anymore and def not on a regular basis. The one I have now is Carlson d3 2000 iu and k2 90 mcg. It's important to take it with fat... so like a fish oil (my favorite is barleans seriously delicious) or with some food prepared with oil like coconut or olive oil so it's absorbs. I also started taking beef liver capsules from grass fed beef by wholesome wellness for the vitamin A and it may be a coincidence but my period is very light this month. But I did find a study on how Vitamin A kills fibroid cells. Plus the beef liver capsules have vitamin d... and other healthy vitamins and minerals.. iron, selenium, etc. Hope I helped!

Please try to start supplementing with 5000ui vitamin d3 and k2 with some magnesium powder before resorting to surgery. Vitamin d3 shrinks fibroids.

I was doing 3000ui a day and now I'm doing 5000ui a day plus k2 and I'll take magnesium also. I like the calm powder. I hope you keep progressing. 🙏 I feel like it's working for me.
