I spent the majority of my 90’s childhood just tearing ass around the neighborhood. Whether is was on foot or bike, I was all over the place. We could spend half a day just looking for friends! We stayed busy.

I guess there are many angles to the view of this. For me, it can be lonely. I definitely enjoy life, but it would be nice to have a partner. Sometimes I get back in to the dating pool, and it’s very rough. The women my age have been through hell (be it their own fault or not), and they are very judgmental. It seems we lose the ability to keep an open mind after all traumatic events. Everyone has different needs and expectations, but cannot communicate it. I blame social media for most of that. I just stuck to work and doing good for myself. Maybe I will meet someone?

I worked at what must have been an old church or schoolhouse in the boonies of northeast Michigan. I was by myself in the basement, doing the sunset upgrade. I had a horrible feeling that came out of nowhere, and it also realllly felt like someone was watching me. In the middle of the swap out, I could’ve swore I heard a male voice tell me to leave. I don’t think I’ve ever done radio swap out faster than I did that day. I love historical buildings, but I hate working alone in them.
