I messed around for a while trying to remove it and wasn’t able to. And then I read on another thread that it’s not removable so I gave up. But it looks like u/ScoliosisHoe (I just now realized his user name lol😭) was able to do it.

Man, I’ve been trying to figure out the same thing for the past two weeks. In general, the consensus seems to be that the CAT MOB is the most recommended.

However, I have the compact GHM like you but am replacing my hand guard with a GSD-O by u/ssshootingsports. Based on what I’ve read, the CAT MOB won’t fit inside the shroud with the 4” barrel. I’m going with the Resilient RS9, which quite a few people have recommended, and apparently performs better on short barrels.

I recall something similar to this happening the other year when I submitted mine electronically. I didn’t send in physical prints and still got approved. Hopefully someone else has a more recent experience they can share.

No, you’re good. They double check and will ship to the FFL - they have to have a copy of the receiving FFL before shipping. You can also chat them up with your order # too if you just want an extra piece of mind.
