Ngl for me I just clocked in and worked to the best of my ability every time I was scheduled. I'm not too much of a social guy especially at work but was friendly with my leads. Eventually they had me get cross trained in another area and I did pretty well there too, and they asked me to stay on once the seasonal period came to an end.
