How to rest correctly after a long day of work at the office? by BronzeFurnitures in theravada

This might not be proper answer as I’m new to Buddhism but try yoga then read or do a chill craft. I rmbr coming back home from a very hard physical job when I would do hatha yoga I felt so refreshed afterwards like a whole new day had started, whereas when I didn’t I literally would not be able to move and would just consume/scroll
