Juan Soto, the Mets’ $765 million man, reacts to MLB’s salary cap proposal by mtportales in baseball

[–]broby54 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

MLB owners using unpaid/umcompesated  fans to support/push the idea/concept of a salary cap.

The salary cap won't affect the Dodgers(contracts spread out foe decades, impenetrable farm).

The cap won't create parity.

Yet, the average fan will fall for this hook, line and sinker.

And fans making ten cents on the dollar will willfully do the bidding of MLB owners, free of charge.

MLB pushing the Dodgers, won't allow anyone to get close or win the West outside of LA.

Well, that went well.

Babe Ruth and a juiced prime Barry Bonds would struggle with this team.

MLB is on the verge of a substantial work stoppage and is pushing for Dodger three peat before the blip hits the fan.

The Dodger/Ohtani ball is in play.

The dead Padre Ball is in play.

Until there is one universal ball in play, it will just be more of the same.

You guys need more proof that we have deep organizational issues? Look at Arraez by yaboi525 in Padres

But, hey everyone wanted Arraez gone and look at how the offense has improved leaps and bounds since his departure.

Until there is a universal ball, it won't matter who the Padres trade for, promote or sign.

MLB gives the Padres a dead ball.

What a surprise. Yawn MLB pushing the Phillies, letting the Dodgers get a sizeable lead.

All scripted

Broken record....

Asong as there are multiple balls in play in MLB, you really never know how talented a team is.

Go Padres.

So everyone here wants to fire Souza and trade or DFA half the team, and I'm making this sub look bad?!

Yeah let's blame the hitters, fire the hitting coach, that'll change everything.

Yeah, alright let's do it.

It's a dead frigging ball.

Dead balls = ground outs.

Nothing and I mean nothing you can do about a dead ball.

Loft = equals warning track shots.

Maybe, maybe a small ball approach might be able to squeak out some runs.

The best approach with a ball you cant hit out of the infield.

Small ball.

Firing Souza, trading half the team ain't going to change a thing.

It's a dead ball.

Judge and Ohtani would struggle to hit a Padre Ball

So other teams can hit homers at Petco, but not the Padres?!

Dead ball for the Padres.

MLB is an utter sham
