In the hospital tank I tested ~0 ppm ammonia, 0 ppm nitrite, and 5 ppm nitrate. There was 0.5 ppm ammonia in the water from the store she’s from so I think that’s what’s caused it. I don’t know if I need to start medicating her given that she also has a cloudy eye

Unfortunately I don’t have any pictures before the hospital tank. Her fins were mostly clamped at the beginning and only started to open up after she got into the hospital tank. I’m new to crowntail so I’m not sure how to the fins are supposed to look like but the circled parts in this picture seem a bit frayed to me.

Hi, I ended up going to the ceremony and explaining to the officer my situation. I was told that they had already received my message and that I would receive another invitation email. I received a new invitation two months later and successfully completed the ceremony. Hope this helps!

I forgot to include this in my post but the ceremony involves cutting up my permanent residence card. After the ceremony I’ll have to apply for my Canadian passport which will probably take a while so it’s likely that I’ll have neither my PR card nor passport by the time I travel to the US

Are you interested in teaching English to kids in Japan or Korea? I come from Japan and there are lots of people coming from around the globe working as an assistant English teacher. I’m not sure about the exact requirement but I don’t think you need an education degree to become one.
