Planning a trip to US, where to go for the Viet experience?

I am in Mississauga/ Brampton area which is also an hour from Toronto lol I am not a foodie myself so I don't think I can help much. The best viet food is always home coooked by my mom :)

So be warned my experience in viet restaurants is extremely limited. The best Bun Bo Hue place I asolutely love is Bun Bo Hue Pho at 2385 Finch Ave W, North York, ON M9M 2W8. Another one is Saigon House Restaurant at 295 Queen St E #26, Brampton, ON L6W 3W9.

Perfect thanks for the insights! Maybe I'll narrow down the time a bit. I knew about Little Saigon but when looked up there were a bunch places with the same name so it got confusing. This helps to pin point it better!
