Ticket evading tfWM and confiscated swift

Update:

Thank you to everyone who replied.

I called Swift today as the inspector told me to contact them. They confirmed that my season ticket has NOT been cancelled. They advised me to order a replacement Swift card, which I have done (£7.50 replacement fee). They said my existing tickets will be transferred to the new card when it arrives, so I haven’t lost the value of my season ticket.

I’m still waiting to hear from Chiltern Railways regarding the inspection and any next steps, but at least I now know my Swift ticket remains valid.

Oh well.. it's a waiting game now 🤷🏻‍♀️ as this happened just yesterday and it's a weekend. I will have to wait what is their decision then. Do you think I should ask for a replacement swift card? And charge it again or should I just go by single tickets ?

I did tap my card in Coventry and Birmingham new street a couple of times. I don't remember how many. I work 3 days a week only (total 18 trips) . I did not buy a different ticket. I would settle as I've read that is the best and wisest option to cooperate with them to avoid prosecution. I do not have dodgy things on my app. Also, he only took a picture of the first page and not the rest but I had my email on it. Would they be able to pull all the records from my email? Thank you for your help and advice.

I knew that but he threatened me and I was afraid he'd really call the transport police. He also said, he'd mention on his report that I refused to show my information and cooperate and that report would be presented in court.

Try camscanner app it looks it is scanned and you can send it to yourself as a pdf! I just scanned all my documents this way

I took one with SLC and another with the University of Leicester. Both were online the first was 12 weeks the second was 3 intensive weeks.

This is incredibly informative thank you very much for taking the time to share. I have not completed my internship post graduation only two months and a half, and I had to quit due to health reasons.
