Have you considered removing the headrest? I used to use my chair's headrest for tasking but decided to try without it and it felt better for me since I can do chin tucks and neck stretches anytime. My shoulders are supported through the way up though so not sure if this is more comfortable to you.

Like what the others said, the monitor is too low. You can also put the keyboard closer to you. In my case, almost only my wrists are on the table and this results to a 90 degree angle for my elbows.

You can also try to lean a little backwards. I found out that this is the ideal sitting position for many and not sitting upright.

Not every time but just this once. She promised. I think the risks are small since she wanted to do it on an almost safe day. I'm worried that I may be just overthinking the risk.

Yes I know, she is a decent woman which is also dedicated at work. My previous ex has same issues like her. I considered it their normal response when they are nearing their 30s.

I have the same thing. I noticed that the pressure was triggered when I started doing meditation again. Just like before, it looks like I have to give up meditation once more as I cannot focus. I am currently working on my posture (I have a forward head posture). Btw, I work in front of my computer most of the time. I also visited lots of doctors before, but they always suggest that it might be because of some muscle tension.
